Gorf is the psychic frog who always seems to mysteriously follow Nancy around the world.

Gorf (right) and his cousin Daot in Yumi's apartment in Shadow at the Water's Edge. The fact that Gorf holds a clue symbolizes his psychic abilities. Originally, Nancy was supposed to ask for his advice regarding Savvanah Woodham's book, but Her found the scene too prophetic and cut it out of the game.
Gorf's statue alongside Grenny's. Originally he was supposed to dispense a fortune after the puzzle was solved, but Her decided that supernatural elements were better left out of the games. Of course, Madame Isabael in The Haunting of Castle Malloy was okay because she was human.
Gorf tried to sue Her for cutting his part out of Curse of Blackmoor Manor, but when he lost they shoved it in his face by making his species edible in Danger by Design.
Since Gorf is still the intellectual property of Her Interactive, cameras were installed in his ceilings to look for any attempts at escaping the company.

Even the ancient Egyptians knew of Gorf and his power, as evidenced by this celebratory amulet of him found in Tomb of the Lost Queen.
