Isabella "Izzy" Romero is a student at Waverly Academy.

In 2009, Izzy is a candidate for valedictorian at the school, living in Ramsey Hall. She is pretty much the "queen bee" at the school and everyone wants to be her. She is also student council president and says on the website that she was "pretty much recruited" to the school, indicating that she is very socially active and attention grabbing. Towards the end of the game, the Black Cat deletes her laptop's hard drive, including a massive research paper that was already in process for four weeks. Her favorite subject is psychology.
Izzy "steals" her roommate Leela Yadav's boyfriend Jacob during the course of the game. He may have been Jacob Pryce, which would explain how the Black Cat was able to get into his IP address.
As junior year ended, Izzy received a mysterious note that initiated her into the Blackwood Society and also appointed her to be the leader of said secret society once her senior year began. Because she is the leader of the group, her cloak is an indigo blue color instead of black like the other members wear. As leader, she determines when the group meets, who the six junior members are for the year, and then appoints a new leader in the spring.
A trivia tamer question at the end of the game asks who is not one of the framed photos on Izzy's desk in her room. Among a portrait of herself and her latest boyfriend, Jacob, she has a photo of a cat on her desk in the game, but it is not named until this trivia question - one of the options lists "Her cat, Beezle."
